After 30 days of owning this mattress, I find my sleep to be phenomenal. I sleep more and deeper, with very vivid dreams. As for actual comfort....it is fine. It's not like I am euphoric when I get into bed, but it has helped my back more than my previous mattress. I am in less pain when getting up in the morning. However, I do feel that this mattress, like all the others I have had, will end up leaving a sink mark in the middle after awhile, where if I try to lay on one side of the mattress or the other, I will roll toward the middle. So I am trying to switch sides on a nightly basis going from one side, to the middle, to the other side to keep the sinking even. I hope it does not do this, but my prediction is it will, which is what I cannot understand about mattresses in general. Why they all do this is beyond my comprehension. So, overall... so far, so good, but it's only been 30 days.

I recently purchased a Tempur-Adapt mattress and have been very happy with it. It is extremely comfortable, supportive, and provides excellent pressure relief. The medium firmness feels just right-not too soft and not too firm-and I have been sleeping much better since switching.
One thing that really stood out was the customer service. I originally chose the Twin size but decided to switch to the Medium firmness, and the exchange process was completely hassle-free. Everything was handled smoothly and professionally, making the experience stress-free.
Overall, the quality of the mattress is outstanding, and the service was just as impressive. I highly recommend Tempur-Pedic to anyone looking for a comfortable, high-quality mattress backed by excellent customer support.

Its a little warm so I might get a cooling next but hands down the best feeling of any mattress I have ever felt. This is my 4th Tempur and Im not sure I'd ever spend another dollar anywhere else and Im not Rich by any means but I value my sleep like you wouldn't believe

This mattress is awful and a classic example of a once great company going cheap on quality. Tempurpedic used to boast of a mattress that did not feel movement from your partner in bed. That was the case with our old mattress, but this new adapt series is junk. My wife keeps me up constantly with restlessness that reverberates across the bed.
Secondly, I have never slept more hot and miserable than on this series mattress. It's like your laying on a piece of rubber and if you're a hot sleeper you will be miserable.
Third, I tried explaining all of this to Tempurpedic, but they don't care.
Honestly, this mattress is not even 8 months old and I'm ready to pitch it in the trash. We saw a Nectar mattress last night that is significantly cheaper and from what I've heard better. I would advise everyone to go that route before making the mistake I did and buying this giant turd of a mattress. We were long time tempupedic users and loved the product! Sadly, not no more.

I had a brain stem stroke in Dec 2023. Since then my sleep has diminished. I have been wearing an Oura ring to keep track of my sleeping habits for nearly a year now. Since I bought the Tempur-pedic Adapt mattress, I have had the best sleep in quite some time. My Oura ring went from telling me I either slept poor, fair, or good from time to time to telling me I slept great, excellent, to even exceptional. I love my Tempur-pedic mattress. I am still in the break in period so I am praying for even better consistent sleep. Thank you.

It's not working for side sleeping with my hip arthritis Im 5ft 4inches and 180lbs. I'm waking up with a stiff back each morning after using this mattress for over 40 days. I'll be requesting return during the trial period.

Very happy with the quality of the construction of the matress itself but the bed is super soft and is already creating a dent where I lay. The first week I overlooked how squishy the bed felt because my back was feeling better but shortly after I was in pain again and I was noticing a hump in between my wife and I even when we weren't laying down. We have had this matress for about 3 weeks now. It's disappointing because I've had a tempur pedic before and loved it. This matress is just not the same.

All I can say is that the mattress is too hybrid or softer that it conforms to my anatomy thus makes my night sleep a lot better without the early morning backaches or body aches as compared to my previous mattress. The white glove delivery is awesome as well rather great not to mention it was delivered quickly as expected. The team placed the hybrid mattress where I wanted it to be as at the time I still have to assemble my new bed. Swift delivery indeed with courteous agents at the doorstep. Thank you much! Now my back is well-cushioned or well-positioned paving my nights that are SOUND and/or comfy moving forward. To a more comfortable slumber every time for the rest of my lifetime then!

Be Careful Buying a Tempur-Pedic Closeout Mattress

I am extremely disappointed with my experience with Tempur-Pedic. I purchased what was advertised as a medium mattress during a closeout sale, but it feels much softer than expected. Instead of providing the support I needed, it has caused me significant lower back pain, and I've been waking up uncomfortable almost every morning.
I contacted Tempur-Pedic hoping they would stand behind their product and help find a solution, but they were unwilling to offer any meaningful assistance because it was a closeout sale. Just because a mattress is sold as a closeout shouldn't mean customers are left without support when the product doesn't perform as advertised.
A mattress is a major investment, and I expected much better customer service from a company with Tempur-Pedic's reputation. If you're considering buying one especially a closeout model be aware that you may have little to no help if the mattress isn't right for you.
Unfortunately, based on my experience, I cannot recommend Tempur-Pedic.

I have both an Nectar Hybrid Medium and a Tempur-Pedic Adapt Medium.
The feel and comfort of the Tempur-Pedic is another level. Not to take anything away to my Nectar which is a good comfortable mattress.
The Nectar has a better cooling effect, but then again I live in Jersey, so it doesn't really matter.

I purchased Queen tempur pedic hybrid medium last 2018 and mattress still look new and firm. I am a returning customer for another the same mattress this time I purchased the full size for my other room. I am very happy and satisfied with my sleep experienced with this mattress, very comfortable and high quality product. Everyday, I have a good sleep for the comfort and nice firmness.

We purchased this product during a $300 visa gift card promotion. I also seen that the company was running another promotion regarding up to $300 in accessories. We did not receive the gift card due to the fact that I selected the other promotion. Unless you read the fine print, it does not notify you that offers cannot be stacked together. I did not even use the full $300 in accessories because the company was out of all of the size sheets that were listed. I feel that if you purchase over $5k in product from a company that customer service should be more understanding and accommodating to their customer base. We will not be recommending this company to anyone in the future.

No support if 2 people are in the middle of the bed or side by side. You sink next to each other. Touching one another. We have KING SIZE It will only hold you in your spot if you sleep on the edge away from each other, I would love to exchange it for something else, but they don't take returns . I was very disappointed I had a matter topper I bought about 15 years ago I ❤️ it . You couldn't even tell it something got out of bed .it never moved had support & comfort

I love my new mattress! I'm a side sleeper, and I had been having problems sleeping at night as my shoulders get numb, but this mattress has really helped with that. It's super comfortable and I like that is not too soft nor too firm.

I had a Temperpedic breeze that I had for 11 years, thought it was time for a new mattress, but purchased a Serta perfect sleeper hybrid medium, what a Mistake! My hips were so out of whack with it after only less than a year, couldn't take it anymore and went back to Temperpedic and so glad I did, hips and shoulders are starting to feel better! Thank you!

I bought this mattress with the understanding there was a 10 year warranty. Its been 6 years and I now have a bad spot in my mattress on the edge where there is a void space and can see springs that are not only visible but fallen sideways and no longer attached. Submitting a warranty claim only resulted in them denying it and saying it was due to a lack of mattress cover. It has has a mattress cover since day one and I took it off to take a picture for the warranty claim. I will be buying a different mattress brand for a lot less money and probably better customer service. I was a fool to think tempurpedic was a high quality brand. Never again.

We have had this new Adapt Medium Hybrid mattress/bed for abut a month but still need to figure out the remote settings to take advantage of all the features.
Perhaps if we had a better Customer Service Exoerience from the Southlake store/location, we would have had it all figured out by now. For this reason, not really worth the money.

Return processed after delivery because the mattress is not as firm as expected. The customer service process is disappointing and not worth the cost to return it. My previous cloud I loved for 10 years and it was less. They don't offer exchange under their 90 day unless you spend at least 3k.

We just came from a pro adapt, medium hybrid and got the regular adapt medium hybrid because we wanted a split king and it was all we can afford and switching from those beds. This regular adapt is hard as a rock. are sleeping has been absolutely terrible. We've actually reverted back to our original pro adapt to actually catch up on Sleep debt during the day when time allows everything but pleasant on this mattress. There's literally a $2000 difference from the adapt to pro adapt cost, which is ridiculous

After sleeping on a worn-out memory foam mattress for over 10 years, my wife and I finally decided it was time to invest in ourselves. We purchased the TEMPUR-Adapt Medium King with an adjustable base, and it has been one of the best purchases we've ever made.
I am a 100% disabled veteran with an L4-L5 spinal fusion, an L5-S1 discectomy, chronic knee problems, and years of back pain. My wife is a retired nurse who has significant shoulder injuries with surgical hardware from previous fractures. We both expected the mattress to be more comfortable, but we did not expect it to change our daily lives the way it has.
Within days, we were both waking up with dramatically less pain. My back and knees feel better during the day, and my wife is getting out of bed with more energy than she has had in years. We even tested the more expensive ProAdapt model and honestly preferred the feel of the Adapt Medium. For us, paying another $1,000 simply didn't make sense because this mattress already felt perfect.
The adjustable base has been an unexpected game changer. We spend evenings in Zero-G mode reading, watching TV, working on school assignments, and simply enjoying time together without constantly shifting around trying to get comfortable. The vibration feature is incredibly relaxing and often puts us right to sleep.
What stands out most is that we are no longer thinking about pain all the time. We are sleeping better, moving better, and enjoying life more. My wife is currently doing classwork and working on her book from bed-something that would have been uncomfortable before. I am back outside spending time in my butterfly garden and staying active.

I did a lot of research before buying this mattress, including a list of questions for the sales person. Confident in the product he was selling and myself confident in what I was paying a lot of my hard earned money for we were not expecting the outcome. One year after purchase date our mattress leaves us so sore we can barely climb out of the holes (that aren't supposed to be there) every morning. There is a stipulation on the 10 year warranty the indentation in the mattresss has to be at least 3/4" ours is at 1/2" (mind you there isn't supposed to be any indentation especially at only a year old). We were told if we could sleep on it until it reached 3/4" something could be done. Unfortunately I can not physically or mentally handle another lost night of sleep, so out the window with the big money we spent and we have to invest in another mattress. IT WILL NOT be a tempurpedic.
